FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims material consisting of porous metal substrate with pore size of 1.2-5.5 mkm, made of stainless stain, ceramic layer of TiO2 with pore size of 0.2-0.25 mkm and thickness of 10-15 mkm, and layer of titanium metal with thickness of 0.1-0.6 mkm and pore size of 3-150 nm, sprayed over ceramic layer surface. Manufacturing method involves formation of TiO2 layer on a porous substrate out of stainless steel by application of a suspension of TiO2 powder onto the substrate, drying, rolling and caking. Further, porous metal substrates with a layer of TiO2 applied are placed into vacuum chamber, cleaned at high temperature and pressure, and a layer of titanium metal is applied by magnetrone sputtering.
EFFECT: high chemical resistance of material, increased output compared to double-layer filtering materials of the same filtration degree.
