FIELD: production of high-purity silicon dioxide, sodium silicate and carbon black from raw plant material. SUBSTANCE: module has basic material spreading zone, basic material washing zone with heated baths filled with water and acid solution and equipped with mixers and squeezing device, drying zone and precombustion zone equipped with centrifuge, oxidizing combustion unit, accumulating hoppers, weigh, sieves, packing machines. Module is further provided with smoke recovery unit disposed at precombustion zone and provided with pump, carbon black filter and collector, and settling tank. Module allows amorphous and crystalline silicon dioxide of 98.00-99.99% purity to be produced. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced production costs. 3 cl, 1 dwg
