FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing rice production waste products in automatic apparatus to produce a high-purity amorphized product, which is used as a raw material for rubber products and tyre industry. Method of processing of ash of rice husks includes the following successive steps: vibroseparation by sieving through a set of sieves with 1.0-5.0 mm mesh; separation of mechanical metal-containing impurities in a magnetic separator; treatment with 5.5-11.5 % hydrochloric acid in closed reactors during a period of time that is proportional to the acid concentration and rate of mixing, but not less than 20 minutes and no more than 35 minutes; filtering for at least three times and washing with the purified water on the filter; centrifuge treatment to humidity of max. 30 %; drying with hot air to humidity max. 5 %; grinding in a milling module to a specified size; packaging into tight containers of a preset volume. After the separation step after burning of ash of rice husks can be performed in a fluidised bed reactor at temperature lower than 730 °C. Method is carried out in automatic plant comprising a series of interconnected modules, including vibroseparator 1, magnetic separator 2, system of closed acid reactors with mixers 4, filter 5, centrifuge 6, heater 7, milling module 8 and packing device 9. Fluidised bed reactor 3 can be installed between separator 2 and system of acid reactors 4. Amorphized product, produced according to the method, is amorphous silica in the form of plate-like formations, fused together with their sharable face, and containing carbon, K2O, Al2O3, P2O5, MgO, and Cl, as well as water-soluble impurities.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of processing of ash of rice husks.
