FIELD: inorganic compounds technology. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing superdispersed amorphous or nanocrystalline silica from rice husk includes screening of husk, water washing, acid etching, squeezing of husk, washing with deionized water, centrifugal removal of water, drying in microwave electromagnetic field, preliminary firing at 520-570 C, and oxidative burning. The later operation is conducted in dynamic mode in turbulent air flow formed by cross-currently tangential air flows. When preparing nanocrystalline powder with particles in the form of extended crystals, oxidative burning is conducted under stationary conditions in laminar air flow with fixed powder bed. EFFECT: enabled preparation of silica particles 20 to 100 nm in size. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 12 ex
