FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has n number of communication units for effective connection and disconnection of n number of after- fermenters. Each fermenter is manufactured so as to provide for thermal insulation, hermetical sealing, protection of unfiltered beer from mixing with settled yeast during transportation and for connection to cooling system mounted on designed delivery place for dispensing beer into consumer's container. After-fermenter has bottom with settling cavity formed as cone with volume exceeding 0.01 of volume of after-fermenter isothermal vessel.
