SUBSTANCE: scream-suppressing material includes a number of plane parallel layers based on flexible polymer binder containing solid parts of filler. The sum of the lengths of the cross- sections of solid parts in one layer for each line of the cross-section of the material in direction perpendicular to the material surface is less or equal to the width of each composite layer at maximum exploitation compressibility of the material. The sum of the lengths of the cross- sections of solid parts for each line of the cross-section of the layered materials in direction perpendicular to the material surface is less than the width of layered material at maximum exploitation compressibility of the material.
