FIELD: applicable in sealing units having plane sealed surfaces, in the process of service of which the material is subjected to alternating thermal and mechanical loads (periodic compressions, heatings, etc.). SUBSTANCE: the material has several plane parallel composition layers based on polymeric binder with particles pf disperse filler and fibrous filler placed inside it. The thickness of the material layers is selected from relation 0,005L≤H≤0,2, where H-material layer thickness, L-length of fibers of fibrous filler equal to 0.4 to 4.0 mm.
