APPROACH TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF DEVELOPMENT OF GASCONDENSATE FIELD IN REGION WITH UNDERDEVELOPED TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: production of liquid and gaseous fluid media from wells. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to production of hydrocarbons with subsequent separation of materials extracted from wells. It can find use in industrial preparation and transportation of hydrocarbon feedstock in process of exploitation of gas-condensate and gas-condensate-oil fields. Technical result of invention lies in provision for inclusion of wide fraction of volatile hydrocarbons ( (C₂+C₃+C₄) ) in marketable products and their delivery to consumer. This is achieved as follows: stratal gas and fluid mixture extracted from cluster of wells and collected at cluster point is refined from solid, liquid and gaseous impurities and is divided into two phases: liquid phase ( fraction C₅ and above or stable condensate ) and gas phase ( methane-butane fraction C₁+C₂+C₃+C₄). Liquid phase is subjected to degassing and is pumped into main gas line. Gas phase is additionally cleared from solid and liquid suspended particles, is stabilized and ejected into main gas line. On delivery to consumer methane-butane mixture is divided into fractions and components if necessary. EFFECT: provision for inclusion of wide fraction of volatile hydrocarbons in marketable product.
