APPROACH TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF DEVELOPMENT OF GASCONDENSATE-OIL FILED IN REGION WITH UNDERDEVELOPED TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: production of liquid and gaseous fluid media from wells. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with processes of production of hydrocarbons with subsequent separation of materials extracted from wells. It can find use in industrial preparation and transportation of hydrocarbon feedstock in process of development of gas-condensate and gas-condensate-oil fields. Technical result of invention lies in inclusion of wide fraction of volatile hydrocarbons ( (C₂+C₃+C₄) ) in marketable products and their delivery to consumer. It is achieved as follows: stratal gas and liquid mixture extracted from cluster of wells and collected at collection point is cleared from solid, liquid and gaseous impurities and separated into two phases: liquid phase ( fraction C₅ and above or stable condensate ) and gas phase ( methane-butane fraction C₁+C₂+C₃+C₄). Liquid phase is stabilized by outguessing and is pumped into oil pipe-line. Gas phase is dried and separated into methane ( (C₁) ) and wide fraction of volatile hydrocarbons ( fraction C₂+C₃+C₄). Methane is pumped into main gas line. On delivery to consumer methane-butane mixture is separated into fractions and components if necessary. EFFECT: inclusion of wide fraction of volatile hydrocarbons in marketable products.
