FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: spongy bone tissue undergoes treatment with hydrogen peroxide and then is degreased in ethanolchloroform mixture. Material is then preserved involving lyophilization technique and sterilized by fast electron beam irradiation. Product is packaged in sealed standard double packets. EFFECT: achieved low antigenicity and full sterility of product with shelf time up to 5 years at low temperature.
