FIELD: biology, medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, oral surgery, stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fulfilling plastic and reconstructive operations. Method for manufacturing an osseous implant includes mechanic treatment and washing a half-finished article out of osseous material, performing multiple through openings followed by article's demineralization in (0.7-1.1)n solution of inorganic acid, neutralization of acidic residues, sterilization and conservation of the above-mentioned half-finished article. Moreover, mechanic treatment should be conducted with hydrodynamic flow that contains particles of carbon-mineral sorbent, their portion being 5-40% against the volume of liquid flow applied. Treatment should be carried out according to a planar pattern or three-dimensional reconstruction of video-picture of the defect under substitution. As inorganic acid it is necessary to apply an orthophosphoric acid. Openings in a half-finished article of osseous material should be made at minimal diameter ranged 100-700 mcm, at the ratio of spaces between openings to their diameters being 3-5. The innovation enables to increase technological effectiveness and quality of the implants obtained (samples), improve their osteoinductive properties, shorten terms for preparing a desired allotransplant for clinical application.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
