FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for producing allogenic bone-substituting material. Method includes purification of bone tissue fragments from organic components of bone marrow and cell elements to mineral-collagen matrix, exposition of bone blocks in a physiological solution containing ceftriaxone, washing in a water-based shaker bath in distilled water, washing with running water under pressure, then cyclic washing: at the first cycle, the blocks are washed in a water-based shaker bath in 10 % aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate, then washed with water under pressure, then blocks are placed in 10 % aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate and treated with ultrasound; after which repeatedly washed with running water under pressure, then blocks are washed with 10 % aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate in orbital shaker and measured soluble protein; at the second cycle the same sequence of washing steps is used, but washing is performed with distilled water, cycles are repeated till absence of protein in flushing liquid, further washing of bone fragments with 3 % solution of hydrogen peroxide in following sequence – water shaker bath, ultrasonic washing, orbital shaker, then blocks are washed with 70 % ethanol solution in following sequence – water shaker bath, ultrasonic washing, orbital shaker, after which is washed 3 times with sterile water in orbital shaker; dried, frozen, then lyophilised, sealed in a double sterile bag, sterilized by a stream of fast electrons.
EFFECT: method enables improving the efficiency of treating the spongy substance of bone tissue from cell elements, myeloid-fat bone marrow and soluble proteins to mineral collagen matrix, improving the quality of the bone replacement material by reducing the probability of an inflammatory response.
