FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing 2/3 of the stomach in the case of ulcerated pyloroduodenal stenosis with narrow duodenum stump. The duodenum stump is sutured. Anterior flap arc-shaped duodenotomy is carried out. End-to-side invagination gastroduodenal anastomosis is created with distal portion of stomach stump rotated at 90 deg. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating areflux anastomosis. 6 dwg
