FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing the ulcer using stomach resection. Distal level of resection is set proximal relative to Latarjet nerve entrance near the angular notch and 1 cm proximal relative to the pylorus on the greater curvature. Proximal level of resection is set 2 cm below the cardiac segment and proximal relative to the third distal branch of the gastroepiploic artery. Distal tubular stump fragment of 2.5 cm diameter is created. Lesser tubular fragment of the proximal greater curvature stump is created. Corporoantral gastrogastric anastomosis is built between the proximal stomach stump and its distal tubular fragment. Omentoantrocorpopexy is carried out.
