FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: stomach is dissected away on stenosis level. In the absence of a posterior wall of duodenum, it is not additionally mobilised. Then the first line of transverse terminolateral gastroduodenoanastomosis is stitched. The stump suturing consistently covers a wall of stomach stump and a lateral wall of duodenum. Stitching spreads to stenotic lumen of open duodenal stump. In a projection of duodenal lumen, the suturing covers a gleam of intestine in seams grasp a wall of stomach stump the same way, cicatricial tissue, posterior and anterior duodenal walls. Then a medial duodenal wall is stitched after impose seams on a medial wall of intestine after stenotic lumen the same way as stitching of a lateral wall. The suturing is consistently fixed.
EFFECT: technique excludes duodenum intussuscipiens, keeps vessels feeding a graft of an anterior duodenal wall above duodenotomy.
