FIELD: tyre industry; assembly of tyre casings with metal cord breaker. SUBSTANCE: method consists in assembly of blank from layers of skeleton, breaker and side walls of tyre, treated is applied and casing is molded and vulcanized in mold. Vulcanization of tyre casing is performed in mold having asymmetric layout of transversal grooves relative to central line of tread pattern. In assembly of tyre blank, direction of angle of inclination of cord threads of breaker layer nearest to tyre coincides with direction of angle of inclination of transversal grooves of pattern relative to central line of tread pattern.
