Abstract RU 2172423 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is designed for valve nozzles of fuel injection system of internal combustion engines with compression of working mixture and forced ignition. Needle of electromagnetic valve has shutoff element and connecting part arranged along longitudinal axis. End of connecting part opposite to shutoff element forms anchor head fitted in anchor holding hole. Connecting part is made in form of round-section bar. Anchor head has non-round section formed by cold pressing method. Its length is greater as compared with round section of connecting part in direction square to longitudinal axis. Method of making of electromagnetic valve needle comes to the following: first connecting part is cut off from round-section bar blank and then anchor head is formed on connecting part by cold pressing. Then anchor is fitted on anchor head and connected to head welding. EFFECT: simplified design of valve needle, reduced mass of needle and provision of quick change-over of valve. 10 cl, 10 dwg
