FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve nozzles used in injection systems of internal combustion engines with compression of working mixture and forced ignition. Method of manufacture of such nozzles is laid in description of invention. Proposed nozzle has soil, core, valve movable needle connected with armature, valve seat forming element connected with tubular carrying element of seat and provided with support surface interacting with needle, and longitudinal hole passing in carrier element of seat concentrically relative to longitudinal axis of nozzle into which needle projects. To change value of needle travel at least one neck is made on perimeter of carrier element. Neck is made by method of plastic deformation and is essentially a narrowed portion pointed radially inside longitudinal hole. EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability. 9 cl, 3 dwg
