FIELD: communication facilities with time-division multiple access. SUBSTANCE: invention is specifically related to communication equipment for demodulation and processing of signals of time-division multiplex with changing time intervals. Signal of time-division multiple access system is made of cycles of rated duration and includes time intervals, it is subjected to demodulation. Circuit assigning time interval assigns and re-assigns time intervals in current and next cycles on basis of controlling information from time-division multiple access system. Circuit controlling synchronization in real time determines duration of reconstructed data to form reconstructed data by data decoder. Data decoder forms reconstructed data in the course of duration of received data thanks to compression or expansion of time in next cycle if circuit assigning time interval re-assigns another time interval.
