SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure and circuit of phase synchronization of video signals used specifically for synthesizing of image presented in the form of digital video signal and image presented in the form of analog video signal. Uninterrupted wave signal synchronized with first signal of color subcarrier is generated from analog video signal that includes first signal of color subcarrier fed to input of first circuit extracting color subcarrier and digital video signal that includes color component of signal is converted into full video signal having signal of full chromaticity is converted into signal of chromaticity carrier. Color component of signal is converted into signal of chromaticity carrier with use of uninterrupted wave signal. Phase of first signal of color subcarrier contained in analog video signal and phase of second signal of color subcarrier of full video signal formed from digital video signal are synchronized. In correspondence with this circuit, for instance, phase of signal of chromaticity carrier contained in full video signal formed from digital video signal can be synchronized with the aid of simple circuit and consequently image presented in the form of digital video signal and image presented in the form of analog video signal can be synchronized.
