FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to connection of subscriber's station of fixed network, such as telephone installation, to radio network, local wireless communication line. Radio installation to which subscriber's station of local wireless communication system is connected initiates connection and sending of call in radio network immediately after reception of first digit. Thus subscriber's number of called party is dialed simultaneously with establishment of called connection between radio installation and switching center servicing mobile subscribers in radio network. Radio installation stores temporarily digits of dialed subscriber's number of called party till dialing of number is finished. When dialing of number is finished radio installation sends subscriber's number of called party into radio network ( address command ). As result, delay related to establishment of call of cellular radio network as a rule is minimized in appendices of local wireless communication line.
