FIELD: technology of producing fruit-and-berry desserts. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, common salt, cashew nuts, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella bainieri, boiled head rice and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying, grinding and packaging of prepared mass in sealed package from combined film material "Mailar" type under aseptic conditions in vacuum. EFFECT: balanced composition of main nutritious substances in product applicable for using under autonomous conditions of existence.
