SUBSTANCE: fruit-and-berry dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, salt, cashew nuts, Eleutherococcus extract, lipid-containing extract of biomass of Mortierella minutissima microorganisms, rice groats and water. The mixture is subjected to homogenization, freeze drying, crushing and packing. EFFECT: more balanced composition of the main nutrient substances, higher efficiency; possibility of using under autonomous conditions of existence.
