Method involves the following stages: growing the culture Vibrio cholerae eltor to concentration 10⁹ cells/ml, incorporation of genetic information by infection of cells of the strain Vibrio cholerae eltor with temperate choleraic phage-139 up to lysogenic cells preparing, selection of Vibrio cholerae cells showing lysogeni- -city by phage-139 and containing its in chromosome composition and isolation of lysogenic cells with significant yield of choleraic toxin. The yield of choleraic toxin of type II is 7 mcg/ml. Invention can be used in production of choleraic vaccines.
