FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: the strain V. cholerae O130 is obtained by method of induced mutagenesis and the following insertion of recombinant plasmid pIEM3 (KmrTcr) with cloned gene of cholerain toxin (ctxB) B-subunit. The strain has no hemolytic train, it doesn't comprise the main virulence genes and avirulent for laboratory animals but exhibits high and stable level in production of choleraic toxin B-subunit (it produces 2.5-3 mcg/ml of B-subunit XT in medium) and protective antigens of cholera pathogens of serum group O130 - antigen O139 and polysaccharide capsule providing formation of antibacterial and antitoxic immunity in cholera.
EFFECT: valuable properties of strain.
