FIELD: oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical body having inlet hole for liquid, thread for hole closing and hydraulic seal. Accommodated in body is disk-shaped holder of samples. Disk-shaped holder is laid on seal and covered by porous partition made of sintered steel on which plug is located with outlet hole for liquid and thread for fastening to body. Method of measurement of rock fragment permeability includes placement of drilling cuttings into disk-shaped holder located in said device. Disk-shaped holder is made of resin into which drilling cuttings are plunged. Holder has flat parallel sides with two surfaces of each plunged piece of drilling cuttings opened. Pressure difference is built up with help of pump from two sides of diskshaped holder and measured by pressure gage. Flowmeter is used for measurement of liquid flow velocity. Hydraulic permeability is determined by substitution of value of liquid velocity into Darcy equation.
