FIELD: gas generating equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves generating gas in heating space which is communicated with space for liquid; regulating final temperature of generated hot gas by mixing hot gas with liquid cooling medium in zone positioned downstream of heating space in hot gas flow direction in device adapted for discharging waste product flow and communicated with heating space, and mixing with evaporated medium beginning from the moment of evaporating liquid medium in space for liquid. Evaporated medium is supplied by means of mixing device to device for discharging gas flow to mixing point above the level of liquid in space for liquid. Final temperature of generated hot gas is regulated by means of measuring device for controlling hot gas state, data processor and regulator. Evaporated medium is supplied, with amounts of supplied liquid medium being restricted.
