FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed to mix fluid medium with volumetric gas flow in gas channel and can be used to introduce reducing agent into fume gas containing nitrogen oxides. Proposed device comprises spraying tube with nozzles to feed fluid medium. Tube axis makes an angle with volumetric gas flow direction. It comprises also flat mixing element arranged at a certain distance from said nozzle to make an angle with volumetric gas flow direction. Flow vortices are formed on said mixing element and a part of fluid medium gets into said vortices. In case liquid is used as fluid medium, spraying tube is furnished with spraying nozzles inclined relative to volumetric gas flow direction and in opposite direction with respect to each other. Said nozzles are arranged nearby mixing element representing a disk.
EFFECT: ruling out sedimentation in spraying, particularly liquid reducing agent at short mixing distance.
