Plates laid one on another form passages for working media. These passages are bounded on both sides with opposite walls adjoining opposite sides of tetragon of each of two adjacent plates. These walls which bound one of two adjacent passages adjoin of one pair of sides of tetragon located opposite each other; walls bounding other passage adjoin sides of other pair of its opposite sides. EFFECT: possibility of transfer of heat from one working medium to another at increased temperature head between them due to approaching counter-flow in motion of working media at retained hydraulic resistance; possibility of making best use of heat-exchange surfaces. 5 cl, 5 dwg
