SUBSTANCE: device has pipelines for supply of cleaning agent, cleaning apparatus with extensible tube and drives for tube reciprocation and rotation; at least, one transducer of drives overloading connected with system of control of reciprocation drive motor and its reversing in over loading of drives; at least, one drive has limit moment safety clutch. Drives overloading transducer is connected with limit moment clutch and designed for registration of its operation.
