FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for measurement of transmission coefficient of predominantly wide-aperture optical plates of more than 50 mm diameter and can be used in optical industry and in study and tests of optical devices and systems. Gear includes radiation source and placed in path of light beam condenser, monochromator, mirror modulator-switch, working and standard channels, each made of objective lens and flat autocollimation mirror, converging system in the form of beam splitter and radiation detector. Unit forming beam coming in the form of two objective lenses, focal plane of first objective lens being matched with plane of output slit of monochromator and focal plane of second objective lens being matched with focal plane of objective lens of channels, is positioned between monochromator and modulator-switch. Modulator-switch manufactured in the form of disc with holes is mounted for rotation at angle of 45 degrees with regard to optical axis so that mirror parts and holes make equidistant sequence and radial lamellas are mounted in holes for turning in plane perpendicular to plane of disc. EFFECT: timely and effective measurement of transmission coefficient of wide-aperture optical plates within limits of entire light diameter during one measurement event with simultaneous increase of accuracy. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
