SUBSTANCE: collar construction has upper collar, which may be joined to underside and piping of lining back neck part, and lower collar, which may be attached to upper collar ends and edges and may be joined to article upper part neck portion. Upper collar is made integral with upper part of underside and lining neck piping. Upper collar angled parts are offset with respect to angled parts of lower collar and continue the line of collar ends or may be positioned at an angle to this line.
