FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has tube introducible via trocar. The tube has circular groove in distal part with head piece put over it at its top. The head piece is spherical hollow reservoir having cylindrical sleeve. Ring-shaped thickening is available on the sleeve end for fixing it in the circular groove. The spherical reservoir is molded from flexible material and has cleansing pile arranged at an angle of 90° to the surface as follows. One filament is on the pole, a part of is arranged along equator half distance between the poles and the other filaments are distributed in the middle between the equator and the poles. Slit-like valves are available between the pile filaments along the lines of their arrangement. Proximal part of the tube is enclosed in casing and protrudes 30-40 mm from it. Worm gear is available in tube casing forming worm-and-worm pair with a worm with shaft projects from the casing and is connected to electric engine rotating the tube. Sleeve is put on over the protruding proximal part and fixed on the casing. The sleeve is connected to pump by means of a hose.
