FIELD: medicine, particularly, maxillofacial surgery; applicable in treatment of jaw adentia. SUBSTANCE: jaw consists of head, neck and supporting part with fixing members. It is made of alloy with thermomechanical memory of shape. Fixing members are formed in lower part of supporting plate by making two horizontal slots directed from each external edge of plate to its center to form connection in plate center. Length of each slot equals 2/5 length of supporting plate and is spaced from lower edge by 1/3 of its height. Fixing members are made for radial opposite bending relative to one another through and angle of 15-20 deg. EFFECT: higher stability of implant and prolonged term of its functioning, extended indications for its use. 2 dwg
