FIELD: medicine; applicable in stomatology, particularly, prosthodentics in elimination of malocclusion. SUBSTANCE: ball head with leg is installed in spherical body. Spherical body has shank with thread secured in implant installed in jaw alveolar processes. Ball head leg has thread and is installed into fixing truncated cone secured in prosthesis or tooth. Ball head has radial recess. Side surface of spherical body is curved inside sphere to form projection entering radial recess of ball head. Projection getting into recess prevents turning of ball head in screwing-on of fixing supporting truncated cone. Spherical body lower part has oval hole through which ball head leg protrudes. Ball head is movable relative to spherical body over trajectory of spherical ellipsoid sector with motion relative to vertical axis of transplant together with fixing truncated cone secured in prosthesis or tooth. Fixing truncated cone, from end of large diameter, has hemispherical hollow covering oval hole of spherical body. Fixing truncated cone holds ball head in preset position. End face of small diameter of fixing truncated cone has transverse recess for screwdriver. Fixing truncated cone has through cylindrical stepped hole with variable diameter and threads from both ends. EFFECT: provided formation of normal occlusion of jaws due to change of position of prosthesis or tooth through required angle relative to implant in two planes. 9 cl, 4 dwg
