FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry and can be used as a support for fixed prosthetic bridge. Dental ventplant consists of intraosseous base plate with at least one conical head and fixing elements: in the form of legs extending from the base plate, and at least one open ring located at the butt end of the plate. The base plate is made with a thickening of 3-4 mm and a length of at least 1/3 the length of the implant, with multidirectional fixing elements in the sagittal and frontal planes and the conical heads, with a centrally located arch notch in the thickened part of the plate. The material for manufacturing an implant according to clause 1, consists of a base and a surface layer modified by alloying elements: oxygen, carbon by ion implantation. The surface layer has a thickness of 100-700 nm, and as an alloying element it additionally contains molybdenum, with the following rate of elements at. %: oxygen-20-70, carbon-5-10, molybdenum-15-30; titanium - 5-35 ; nickel - 0-10.
EFFECT: increased resistance of the implant in various planes through maximum possible increasing the area of contact with the bone of alveolar process when installing through the hole of freshly extracted tooth and its corrosion resistance and biocompatibility by creating a barrier ion-modified layer on its surface.
