FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves piercing inferior lacrimal duct exit and osseous window atresia. Zone of closed anastomosis is protruded into the nasal cavity. The anastomosis and osseous window are cleaned from cicatricial and granulation tissue in endonasal access way. The anastomosis is tamponed with silicon sponge through which polyethylene tube is passed from the inferior end of the lacrimal duct into the nasal cavity. EFFECT: accelerated operation; reduced bleeding.
