SUBSTANCE: device contains cramp mounted for oscillations in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece rotation. Self-adjusting prismatic supports and the cutting tool are placed on the cramp. The cutting tool is mounted for movement along the cramp in limits of 180 relative to the axis of symmetry of the supports.
