FIELD: production of explosive means. SUBSTANCE: method involves filling continuously moving carcass of reinforcing threads with explosive substance; forming core and placing it into polymer enclosure. Prior to feeding into core forming zone, reinforcing threads and explosive substance are charged with opposite static charges to provide for stable dosing of explosive substance. Reinforcing threads used have fluffiness of at least 1/d and hair size of d/2, where d is mean size of explosive substance particles, mm. At least one additional charged thread is passed through zone adjacent to axis of detonating cord axis. Total charging of threads may exceed total charging of dosed explosive substance particles. Method is used for producing special purpose products, such as detonating, fire conducting, pyrotechnic cords etc. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of products. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
