FIELD: chemistry of polymer, more particularly polyvinyl chloridebase polymeric compositions for preparing film materials and certifical leather. SUBSTANCE: described is composition comprising suspension polyvinyl chloride, filler, phthalic plasticizer, mixture of dioxane alcohols and high-boiling ethers thereof having 23-36% of hydroxy groups, metal containing stabilizer, stearic acid, surfactant and titanium dioxide. Filler is crystalline calcium carbonate modified with 3-20 wt parts of chloroparaffin, ratios of components being as follows, wt parts: suspension polyvinyl chloride, 100; crystalline calcium carbonate modified with 3-20 wt parts of chloroparaffin, 31-90; phthalic plasticizer, 28-50; mixture of dioxane alcohols and highboiling ethers thereof having 23-36% of hydroxy groups, 15-25; metal-containing stabilizer, 1-3; stearic acid, 0.5-1.0; surfactant, 0.5-2.5; and titanium dioxide. The resulting material prepared from substrate-base polymeric composition has luster of 7-10%, has no twistability and strength of film coating with substrate is 1.1- 2.1 kH/m.
