Polymer composition contains polyvinylchloride, phthalate plasticizer, stabilizer, chalk, industrial oil, polymer additive containing polyvinylchloride materials, pigment, dimethyldioxane production by-product containing more than 50% dioxan alcohols and their ethers, mixture of dioxan alcohols and their ethers with 23-36% hydroxyl groups, and, according to invention, polyether prepared from ethylene and propylene oxides and glycerol and having molecular weight 4700-5300.
