FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: hydrofined gasoline fraction 85-185 C is subjected to catalytic reforming at 485-525 C and pressure 1-3 Mpa in presence of platinum- rheniumcontaining chlorine-promoted catalyst charged into several in-series arranged reactors. During reforming block start-up and drying periods, at the secondary distillation block, two fractions, light starting fraction 62-105 C and heavy fraction 105-180 C, are isolated from long gasoline fraction boiling away from initial boiling point to 200 C. Heavy gasoline fraction is transported to other working reforming plants and light gasoline fraction is mixed with hydrogen-containing gas and subjected to desulfurization to give unstable hydrogenizate. The latter is further stabilized on stabilization column with top temperature 110-120 C, bottom temperature 170-180 C, and reflux 20-35% of the total column charge volume. Top fraction of column is gasoline distillate constituting 4- 10% of the total charge volume. Stabilized hydrogenizate is subjected to reforming at 450-470 C, while reforming block is simultaneously dried until concentration of water in circulating hydrogen-containing gas drops to 30 ppm, after which stable hydrogenizate is subjected to reforming at temperature raised to 485-525 C.
