SUBSTANCE: proposed complex includes propellant compartment connected with hermetic cargo compartment which is provided with coupling unit and fuel and oxidizer tanks located in propellant compartment; fuel and oxidizer tanks are provided with respective fittings and pipe lines, water reservoir, on-board compressor connected to gas line communicating gas chambers of water reservoir with inner cavity of hermetic cargo compartment; water transfer lines are laid through inner cavity of hermetic cargo compartment and are connected to hydraulic joints of coupling unit; gas line is provided with vent located in inner cavity of hermetic cargo compartment together with on-board compressor.
