SYSTEM OF ANALYTIC TEST OF LIQUID SAMPLES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: analytical test of samples of solutions and suspensions of metallurgical and chemical production. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measurement of spectral characteristics of liquid materials. System of analytic test of liquid samples has complex of sampling aids, transport line, air separating tank, pump, relief valve and flow dish of spectrometer connected in series. System is fitted with lower and upper switching units. Upper switching unit is equipped with measurement vessel, sample averaging vessel and controlled distribution tube located above measurement vessel and sample averaging vessel at input to unit. Air separating tank is connected to first inlet of pump which outlet is linked to controlled distribution tube and outlet of measurement vessel is connected via flow dish of spectrometer to input of lower switching unit which output is connected to third inlet of pump. Flow dish of spectrometer is placed over height between upper and lower switching units. EFFECT: high precision of analysis, volume of sample in dish is constant. 2 cl, 2 dwg
