FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling samples of liquid and pulpy materials at concentration plants of ferrous or non-ferrous metallurgy and other plants where periodic monitoring of liquid process product is required to analyse ultimate composition. Automatic system of circulation sample supply includes sump 2, pump 1, flow measuring cell 3 installed above the sample level in sump 2, valve 5 to feed water, valve 6 to drop sample. Complex uses peristaltic pump 1. Inlet of pump 1 is connected to flow measuring cell 3 through additionally installed pulsation damper 4. Sump 2 is arranged above peristaltic pump 1. Tubes connecting flow measuring cell 3 with sump 2 and pump 1 via pulsation damper 4 are made at an angle of 30 to 80 degrees to horizontal surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability of complex operation and accuracy of sample ultimate composition analysis.
