FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems of analytical control of pulp products, solutions or suspensions in the flow used in mining and other industries. Automatic system includes an automatic sampling system 1, an automatic system 10 of circular sample presentation and transportation routs 30. System is additionally equipped with an automatic system of sample preparation 5, automatic system 14 for preparation and delivery of powdered samples, analytical system 20, network equipment 24 complex, central system control station 27, system servers 28, information highways 31. Outlet of the sampling complex 1 is connected to the inlet of the sample preparation complex 5, which has two outlets connected to the circular sample presentation complex 10 and 14 complex for preparation and delivery of powdered samples. Outlets of the circular sample presentation complex 10 and complex 14 for preparation and delivery of powdered samples are connected to the inlets of complex 20. Control system of each complex is integrated into a single information network with a central station 27 to control the automatic system of analytical control and servers 28 of this system via the network equipment complex. Complex 14 for preparation and delivery of powdered samples consists of powdered sample preparation equipment 15, equipment 16 for coding /decoding of powdered samples, equipment 17 for moving powdered samples, equipment 18 for storing powdered samples and complex control device 19. Complex 20 consists of multiple-cell analysers for analysing the pulp and powder flow 22 and 21 physical and chemical properties of samples and complex control device 23.
EFFECT: higher system efficiency by increasing the reliability of the obtained analytical information and expansion of functional capabilities of analytical control of pulp products.
