FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fruit-berry dessert that can be used under autonomic conditions of existence. Dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, sodium chloride, roasted milled cashew nut kernels, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid- -containing extract of microorganism Mortierella verticillata biomass, boiled oat flakes and water. Then method involves processes homogenization, sublimation drying, crushing and package of obtained mixture at aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic containers made of the combined film material of type "Mailar". EFFECT: broadened assortment of fruit-berry desserts.
