FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing wires into periacetabular area. L-shaped osteotomy operations are carried out using several incisions in periacetabular area. Additional wires are introduced into each produced bone fragment. Controlled displacement of each fragment is carried out by means of perosseous device. The fragments are moved individually in some particular cases. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring physiological orientation of members making up articulation. 3 cl, 5 dwg
