FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating pathological femoral dislocation in children due to applying means of perosseous fixation. The method includes failed integrity of ilium and femur, application of perosseous equipment, resetting proximal femoral end into cotyloid cavity, moreover, one should perform fixation of collum femoris stump with needles followed by carrying out C- shaped osteotomy of trochanterian area in sagittal plane, then comes dosed distraction of osteotomized fragment in oblique-frontal plane, then one should conduct gradual closed collum femoris centering in cotyloid cavity and correction of pelvic component. Fragments should be fixed in achieved position to obtain osseous fusion that removes defects of proximal femoral department, cotyloid cavity.
