FIELD: designs of reactors used in conduction of reactions of cracking, viscosity breaking, pyrolysis and other thermocatalytic processes of processing of hydrocarbon materials with use of powdery catalysts and contacts. SUBSTANCE: reactor may be used in oil refining and petrochemistry for processing gases, oil fractions and heavy residues. The reactor has zones of reaction and separation, stripping section, material jet nozzles and branch pipe for introduction of catalyst into reactor. Separation zone is part of horizontal tube tangentially entering the primary cyclone. Circular chamber formed by cylindrical body of primary cyclone and its discharge tube serve as separation zone. Located inside discharge tube of primary cyclone is battery cyclone for trapping of catalysts particles from outgoing reaction products. Material jet nozzles and reactor catalyst inlet pipe are installed on initial part of horizontal tube. EFFECT: simple in design and convenient in installation and operation reactor for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon materials in presence of powdery catalyst, excluded consumption of steam for pneumatic transportation of catalyst through vertical tube of lift-reactor, considerable reduction of capital and operation expenditures in installation. 1 dwg
